Subscriptions & billing

NutriStack Pro & billing.

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple. The app is free to use without it.

How do I restore my NutriStack Pro subscription?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in to the same Apple Account that bought the subscription, Pro access will be restored, including on a new device.

How do I cancel NutriStack Pro?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside NutriStack. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose NutriStack Pro, and turn off auto-renewal.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Because Apple processes all billing, refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot issue them directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. See the Terms of Service (Section 5.5) for details.

What does NutriStack Pro include, and what does it cost?

Pro unlocks the AI supplement advisor and related stack-aware tools. It is US$6.99 / month or US$49.99 / year (prices may vary by region and are always shown in the App Store before you buy). NutriStack is free to download and use without Pro.

Account & data control.

You stay in control of your information at all times. The app can run with no account at all.

Do I need an account to use NutriStack?

No. NutriStack works in a local-only mode with no account, so your data stays on your device. Creating an account (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email) adds encrypted cloud backup and sync across your devices.

My data is not syncing across devices.

Sync only happens when you are signed in. Make sure you are signed in to the same account on each device, and that the device has an internet connection. If you used local-only mode before, sign in to back up your existing data to the cloud.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your cloud backup, your authentication account, and the app data on that device.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel that separately through Apple. If you cannot use in-app deletion, email privacy@nutristackapp.com.

The AI advisor is not responding, or I have hit a limit.

The AI advisor is a Pro feature and requires you to be signed in with an active subscription. To keep the feature sustainable and secure, each account has a daily usage limit that resets every day. If you see a limit message, try again the next day.

The barcode scanner will not open the camera.

The scanner needs camera permission. On your iPhone, open Settings → NutriStack → Camera and make sure access is enabled. The camera is used only for scanning and is never used for anything else.

I am not getting supplement reminders.

Reminders need notification permission. Open Settings → NutriStack → Notifications on your iPhone and enable notifications. Also check that you have set reminder times for your supplements inside the app.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

We would love to hear from you. Email support@nutristackapp.com with as much detail as you can. What you expected, what happened, and your iPhone model and iOS version help a lot.

Which devices does NutriStack support?

NutriStack is an iPhone app and runs on iPhone with a recent version of iOS. It is not a separate iPad app.
