Correction process
- Include the page URL, the exact statement or data point, why it appears wrong, and a primary or authoritative supporting source when possible.
- Safety-critical reports are prioritized. NutriStack may remove or noindex a page while the underlying record is investigated.
- Material public corrections are summarized here. Minor typography and formatting changes are not normally logged.
- A correction updates the affected page's real modification date; unrelated pages are not mass-redated.
