Free supplement schedule template, ready to print.
Add each supplement or medicine, tick when you take it, and print a weekly checklist to keep by the kitchen or the bottles. It also downloads as a CSV for a spreadsheet, or to show your pharmacist.
The template
Build your weekly schedule.
Copy the amount exactly as the label writes it, and tick every time of day you take it. The printable sheet updates as you type.
Everything stays in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to NutriStack. Printing with no rows filled in gives you a blank sheet.
How to
Five steps to a schedule you will actually follow.
Setting it up
- List everything, including prescriptions. A schedule that leaves out a medicine hides the combinations that matter most.
- Copy the label’s own directions. Whether a product says “with a meal” or “on an empty stomach” is printed on the bottle. Our timing guide explains why labels say that.
- Anchor each item to a habit, not a clock time. “With breakfast” survives a late morning; “8:00” does not.
- Show the list to your pharmacist. They can check it against your prescriptions, which no printable sheet can do.
- Update it when anything changes. An out-of-date schedule is worse than none, because it looks trustworthy.
Why paper
When a printed sheet beats an app, and when it does not.
Paper or app
| Printed schedule | Tracker app | |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | A minute, no account | A few minutes |
| Reminders | Only if you see the sheet | Notifications at the times you choose |
| Shared household | Works for anyone at the fridge | One person’s phone |
| History | Lost at the end of the week | Kept and searchable |
| Checking combinations | None | Depends on the app; see our app comparison |
Questions
Common questions.
Frequently asked
Is this supplement schedule template free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and nothing you type leaves your browser. Print it, save it as a PDF, or download it as a CSV to open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
What times of day does the template use?
Wake, breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime. Anchoring to meals and routines, rather than clock times, matches how most labels phrase their directions.
Which supplements should not be taken at the same time?
Some pairs are documented to compete for absorption; iron and calcium in the same meal is a well-studied example, and our timing guide explains the mechanisms. For your own list, and especially anything involving a prescription medicine, ask your pharmacist.
Can I get reminders instead of a printout?
Yes. NutriStack, our free iPhone app, holds the same schedule, sends reminders at the times you choose, and keeps a history of what you took.
Want reminders?
Put the same schedule on your phone.
NutriStack is free on iPhone: a daily checklist, reminders, and a check of how everything you take fits together.
