SynergyInsufficient evidence
What is happening. Both support mitochondrial function through different roles: Urolithin A improves mitochondrial quality via mitophagy while CoQ10 supports the electron transport chain and acts as an antioxidant.
Mechanism. Urolithin A drives mitochondrial turnover; CoQ10 supports oxidative phosphorylation and reduces oxidative stress. Complementary but not directly studied together.
Recommendation. Reasonable to combine for mitochondrial support; take each with food. No timing separation needed.
Stack Score
