What is happening. Tangeretin and omega-3 fish oil work through complementary mechanisms to improve lipid profiles and reduce vascular inflammation.

Mechanism. Omega-3 fatty acids lower triglycerides and yield anti-inflammatory resolvins, while tangeretin reduces hepatic apolipoprotein B secretion and NF-kB-mediated inflammation, giving additive lipid and vascular benefit in preclinical models.

Recommendation. Reasonable to combine for cardiometabolic support; take with food, no separation required.
