What is happening. Resveratrol and ellagic acid are both polyphenols with antioxidant and Nrf2-supporting activity, and may be used together for general cellular-health support.

Mechanism. Complementary polyphenol antioxidant activity and shared induction of the Nrf2/ARE cytoprotective pathway, with potential additive support of mitochondrial and vascular function.

Recommendation. Can be combined for antioxidant support with food; no time separation required. Modest, evidence-limited benefit expectations are appropriate.
