What is happening. Hesperidin and other citrus bioflavonoids are traditionally co-administered with vitamin C and may support capillary integrity and antioxidant recycling.

Mechanism. Flavonoids can help regenerate oxidized vitamin C and stabilize it, while both reduce capillary fragility and oxidative stress; their antioxidant effects are partly additive.

Recommendation. Co-supplementation is safe and may be complementary for vascular and connective-tissue support; no separation needed.
